en la grandiosa tarea de implantar LA PAZ UNIVERSAL en el planeta

SIGNIFICADO DE LA PALABRA PAZ:
P A Z ,es la existencia de condiciones mentales y materiales
- individuales y colectivas- que garantizan la superación de
la raza humana, dentro de un esquema socio-económico y
cultural, en el cual cada persona puede aportar a la
comunidad, acorde a su capacidad y a cambio recibir de ésta
beneficios a la medida de sus necesidades.

Sin necesidad de recurrir con plegarias, ante seres abstractos,
pidiendo que llegue la paz a este planeta, es el SER HUMANO,
autor de las guerras, es quien debe dirigirse a lo más íntimo de
si mismo, invocando la fuerza de su espíritu y la positividad
de su inteligencia para adquirir la fuerza necesaria que le
permita construír un MUNDO SIN CONFLICTOS BELICOS.

FACTORES QUE PERTURBAN LA PAZ
1o.- La carencia de una educación, dentro de cuyos parámetros
culturales se acentúen la orientaciòn y preparación del hombre
para resolver sus conflictos mediante el diálogo y la concertación.
2o.- El incompleto ejercicio de la libertad, en paises en donde
aún persisten los rezagos de la esclavitud, tal como el servicio
militar obligatorio, que propicia "carne de cañón" barata, lo que
excita a los regímenes de inclinación guerrerista a inventar
confrontaciones innecesarias.
3o.- La falta de compromiso con la solución de los problemas
básicos y elementales de la comunidad, por parte de quienes
detentan el poder político-administrativo.
Factors which disturb peace

Te cansarás
buscando la paz,
en los estómagos vacíos;
en las frías puntas
de las bayonetas y fusiles
que sostienen a los déspotas.
Te cansarás
buscando la paz
en las religiones
que que erigieron sus templos
en dogmas petrificados;
en los partidos
con sus caudillos
de arcilla deleznable
que engañan a los pueblos.
No hallarás paz
en los piecitos desnudos
de los niños descalzos
ateridos de frío;
ni en la piel harapienta
que se besa en la noche
con el helado pavimento
de la gran ciudad.
Solamente hallarás paz
cuando desaparezcan
de la faz de la tierra,
los torturadores de obreros,
de estudiantes y campesinos;
cuando las desigualdades
hayan fenecido
en aras de una patria equitativa.
Cuando en los cinturones de miseria,
de las barriadas pobres,
no se escuche más
la canción del hambre
en las entrañas de los desposeìdos
Cuando los niños estropeados por la suerte,
al volverse hombres,
dejen de convertirse en fusiles con ojos.
Entonces!….Solo entonces,
cesará tu cansancio de paz,
porque el hombre
será hermano del hombre
y arquitecto de su propia felicidad.

COMETARIOS AL MARGEN:
La paz es una premisa vivencial de la raza humana, que tiene su
asiento en la existencia de una sociedad capaz de dar a sus
integrantes la igualdad de oportunidades para su desenvolvimiento
psicosomático.
De allí que, en una comunidad orientada hacia el dominio y
ejercicio del poder para usufrúctuo de una minoría, de golpe
desaparece el requisito esencial para que haya paz .
No puede haber paz, mientras no se hayan suplido a los asentamientos
humanos con las soluciones a sus problemas básicos. Ni menos
la habrá, mientras existan injusticias y estómagos vacíos....

I tired
seeking peace,
on empty stomachs;
the cold ends
of rifles and bayonets

in religion

Peace is an existential premise of the human race, which has

equal opportunities for its development psychosomatic.

CREAR LA CATEDRA DE LA PAZ.
Tarde o temprano será necesario instaurar una facultad en donde
se prepararen LOS GESTORES DE PAZ. Sin embargo, así como los
caudalosos ríos en sus comienzos son delgados hilos de agua
qwue ruedan por las faldas de las montañas. Así ismo, este
asunto de la paz debe comenzar con moderaciòn. Por ello, por
ahora solo es necesario comenzar creando LA CATEDRA DE LA PAZ ,
cual funcionará adscrita a todas las facultades que existan
en una UNIVERSIDAD.
Què debe contener la càtedra de la paz?
Entre otras cosas, las siguientes:
Filosofía del derecho, acentuada en derechos de masas.
Arquitectura,dirigida a la creanción de habitats populares
Contabilidad, comercio y creación de empresas.
Biología,sociología y psicología
Si tomamos en cuenta que el SER HUMANO es un ANIMAL cuya vivencia
está enmarcada en responder a reacciones a estímulos en un noventa
por ciento y en responder a actitudes intelectivas, esto es, el uso de
su capacidad pensante, en un diez por ciento, se hace necesario
un estudio profundo de què es lo que afecta su comportamiento
animal. Será hasta importante estudiar INGENIERIA GENETICA, porque
de alguna manera la humanidad debe modificarse para crear EL HOMBRE
DE PAZ.
Lo bueno es que por no existir la facultad de la paz, sus primeros
alumnos podrán, ellos mismos, estructurar un pensum de estudio para
ESTE NOBILISIMO MENESTER.
Al escribir estas notas lo hago con la finalidad de excitar a los
màs inteligentes para que colaboren, en sacar adelante estas ideas.
Como estoy improvisando delante del computador, seguramente faltará
